Ask Auckland Council: A New Way to Report Problems

 Aucklanders can now use a free AI online helper called Ask Auckland Council to report local issues.

What can you report?

You can use it to report problems like:

• Graffiti

• Rubbish dumped in public places

• Roaming dogs

• Missed bin collections

• Loud noise

If you have a different problem, the helper will show you where to go to fix it.

• Available 24/7: You can use it at any time, day or night.

• Easy to talk to: It understands normal, everyday language.

• Smart features: You can upload a photo, and it will recognize the details. It will also ask you follow-up questions to help create a report.

• Languages: It can understand many languages, but it only replies in English.

💡 Note: This is just a new, faster option. If you prefer, you can still report problems the old way (like calling or using the website).
